We deliver to England, Scotland, Wales, Northern Ireland and UK islands served by Royal Mail Special Delivery. We do not deliver to the Republic of Ireland, the Channel Islands, the Isle of Man, BFPO addresses or destinations outside the United Kingdom.
Orders under £50 are subject to a £4.99 delivery charge. Orders of £50 or more qualify for complimentary delivery. Order values are calculated after discounts have been applied and exclude delivery charges.
Orders valued at more than £750 and up to £2,500 will be sent using an appropriately insured, secure delivery service at no charge to the customer.
Orders are normally dispatched within 2–3 working days. After dispatch, delivery normally takes 1–5 working days. These are estimates rather than guaranteed delivery dates unless we expressly confirm otherwise.
Our normal delivery service is Royal Mail Special Delivery. We may use Royal Mail ID Verification, UPS or another secure courier service at our discretion for higher-value items or where additional identity checks are required. We will email your tracking details once the order has been dispatched.
All first orders will be sent only to the cardholder's registered billing address. Orders over £500 will also be sent only to the cardholder's registered billing address. We may carry out additional verification and may cancel and refund an order if we cannot complete the checks reasonably required to protect the customer and our business.
Please check the delivery address before placing your order. If you contact us quickly, we will try to correct an address before dispatch, but we cannot guarantee that a change will be possible after the order has been accepted or sent.
The goods remain our responsibility until they come into your physical possession or the physical possession of a person you have identified to receive them. This can include an authorised recipient, building reception or concierge. If you instruct the carrier to redirect the parcel, leave it with a neighbour or use another nominated delivery arrangement, delivery completed in accordance with that instruction may be treated as completed to the extent permitted by law.
Delivery estimates can be affected by carrier service interruptions, severe weather, public holidays and other circumstances outside our reasonable control. We are not responsible for delay caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control, but this does not affect our statutory responsibilities or your statutory rights.
If an order has not arrived by its expected delivery date, please notify us through the Contact page within 2 days of that date and provide your order number. This allows us to begin a carrier investigation promptly and does not limit your statutory rights. If an order arrives damaged, contact us as soon as reasonably possible and keep the item and packaging while we investigate.
Seasonal and holiday order cut-off dates will be published separately each year using the latest carrier guidance. Cut-off dates and delivery estimates are not guarantees where delays arise outside our reasonable control.
Please tell us promptly if you receive the wrong item or anything is missing. Keep the packaging and provide photographs if requested so we can investigate and put the issue right.
